Plug-n-Play JavaScript

Published in 1996 by New Riders Press, a division of MacMillan Computer Publishing, Plug-n-Play JavaScript enabled Web designers to concentrate on their content and not the code underneath by providing ready-to-use scripts to include in their pages. At the time, Web authoring tools did not provide built-in JavaScript and designers had been forced to learn JavaScript against their wills. This book was written to set them free.
